Favourite fostering moments from young people in our care

two children at a dinner table, with words "We sit down for dinner together every single evening and discuss our days, what's going on in the world and all sorts" holding hands, "When I was going on a plane for the first time, my Foster Carer out her hand on mine and comforted me when I was feeling scared." two teenager girls hugging with the words: "Every year when we celebrate our anniversary of being together."

Supporting you every step of the way as a Foster Carer

Our unique, research-based training is designed to help you feel confident and well-prepared, giving you the tools to provide therapeutic care that truly makes a difference.

Once you’re an approved Foster Carer, you’ll have your own dedicated, highly qualified Supervising Social Worker who will help you understand how to support the child in your care.

We’re here for you, no matter the time – day or night. Our 24/7 support means you’ll never feel alone, something not all Local Authorities or agencies can promise.

As a Foster Carer, you’ll also receive a weekly allowance, which includes a professional fee for you and a living allowance to ensure both you and the child in your care are supported.

Our support package provides Carers with the peace of mind they need to do their job well – because that’s what really matters.

We want to make sure that you have the financial information you need to make an informed decision. For that reason, we want to reassure you that we’re happy to answer any questions you might have on pay and allowances.
