Foster carer support

We don’t underestimate the challenges that come with being a foster carer. To deliver a high standard of care, the right training and support is essential.

Your support network

You’ll have a lot of experienced people working with you and your foster family – including a dedicated support worker and on call 24/7 emergency cover. We also work with certified counsellors who can offer support to children and foster carers.

Our foster carers form part of a team of childcare experts who are committed to transforming children’s lives, and we support them every step of the way. At Quality Foster Care, we’re a real community, so away from the formal support system, we hold regular support groups and meet ups with other foster families so you can have a chat in an informal setting.
