Our dedicated Fostering Support Workers offer direct and practical support to our carers, children and young people. Our Support Workers may spend time with the young person on a regular or an occasional basis. As well as providing emotional support, they organise and carry out fun, educational and therapeutic activities with our children and young people, freeing up time in a carer's day 💙
This relationship is pivotal to a young person's journey, they are a role model and a mentor, and someone who can have a big impact in a young person’s life.
Recent trips included a summer holiday activity day at Grange Waters Outdoor Education Centre where our older children enjoyed paddle boarding and abseiling, and a fun filled day visiting the animals at Marsh Farm for our little ones.
